I signed up with sky yesterday as a returning customer.
I can watch all programmes, and can pause, play, record. But when I try to use catch up tv or view the box sets then I receive the error message. Box is linked to my wi-if fine, I have paired the card, reset the sky box (holding down the backup and turning sky box on) and done a sys rebuild. None of this has helped. Getting very annoyed now that I can't access the box sets I'm paying for.
I noticed a new series of Blindspot being advertised . It looked an interesting programme so started watching series 1 to catch up. I got to episode 15 then the programme disappeared. Same happened when I started to watch the first series of both Dark Matter & Waking the Dead - why can't I download any more episodes?[...]
