Hi, i have recently got into watching Game of thrones, i downloaded the very first season, i watched that and then downloaded the second season, watched that. i have now tried to download season three but its telling me i have to upgrade or re activate my account. Why? why now after the first and second season was downloaded and watched ok is it telling me this? any advice helpful.

Hi,

I have recently had Sky Q box installed (over a month now), but since friday we cannot use the catch up tv or my Q service. you cannot see any box set images or catchup TV titles

It brings up an message on the top of the screen saying something like: "We're sorry, we are having trouble raching this service..."

I have Sky broadband and that is working fine.

The Q box is showing as Network connected, so i dont see what the issue is.
